Default license grant

When you lawfully obtain a Loadena digital product and no more specific license applies, Loadena grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use that product for the purposes permitted by this page.

The purchase gives you a license to use the product. It does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, ownership of the source files, or other intellectual-property ownership.

The default license is a single-purchaser license. It does not automatically grant multi-user, team, school-wide, client-source, resale, sublicensing, marketplace, SaaS or mass-distribution rights.

Permitted personal and professional use

Unless the product says otherwise, the purchaser may use the product for their own personal projects, professional work and reasonable household use.

• download and keep a working copy for your own licensed use;
• make reasonable private backup copies;
• print the product for your own permitted use when it is designed to be printed;
• edit or customize editable files for your own permitted use;
• create outputs or completed work that do not redistribute the protected source product.

Permitted use does not include giving the source files or editable product to another person unless the applicable license expressly allows that sharing.

Internal business use

Unless a product is marked for personal use only or carries another restriction, the purchaser may use it internally in their own freelance practice or business operations.

This can include using purchased forms, spreadsheets, pricing tools, business systems, templates, prompts, workflows or similar resources in the purchaser’s own operations.

Internal business use does not automatically allow employees, contractors, departments, branches or other users to receive direct access to the original or editable source files. If more than one user needs source access, the applicable product must expressly allow that scope.

Client work and completed outputs

You may use a licensed product as part of your own professional work where the product page allows that type of use and the client receives only the permitted completed output.

Unless the applicable product license says otherwise, you may not transfer the reusable source product, editable template library, code package, prompt collection or other underlying source material to a client.

If a client needs direct source-file ownership, reusable editable files, deployment rights, multiple-user access or broader redistribution rights, obtain permission or the appropriate product-specific license before delivery.

Product-type guidance

The default rules apply across Loadena products, but the practical permitted use can differ by product type.

Prohibited uses

Unless a specific product license expressly permits it, you may not:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lend or give away the original product or editable source;
• upload protected source files to a public repository, public drive, file-sharing service, unrestricted group or shared library;
• share your account, protected download link or purchased file library with another person;
• claim authorship or intellectual-property ownership of the underlying Loadena product;
• remove a rights or license notice in order to misrepresent ownership or permitted use;
• sell substantially equivalent copies after only minor edits, recoloring, formatting changes or rearrangement;
• include source files in resale-rights, private-label, template, asset, prompt, code or download libraries unless expressly permitted;
• use one license for more users, seats, clients, organizations or locations than the applicable terms allow;
• use the product in unlawful, fraudulent or rights-infringing activity.

Files, sharing, backups and storage

You may keep reasonable private backups of a lawfully obtained product for your own licensed use.

Private cloud storage is permitted when access remains limited to people who are already covered by the applicable license.

Placing a source file in a shared business drive, team library, school drive, membership area, course library or another multi-user repository counts as sharing when people outside the licensed scope can access it.

Backup rights do not increase the number of people, users, seats or organizations permitted by the license.

Prompts, code and automation resources

Some products may include prompts, code, scripts, automation logic, workflow files or other technical resources. Their permitted use depends on the product-specific description and any additional terms supplied with the product.

Unless stated otherwise, the purchaser may adapt these resources for their own permitted use but may not redistribute the purchased source collection or a substantially equivalent source package as a competing standalone product.

The default license does not grant bulk training, fine-tuning or dataset rights for building or supplying a competing model, product library, prompt library, asset library or dataset.

Third-party and open-license components

A product may reference, require or include third-party material, fonts, icons, software dependencies, integrations, open-license components or other material governed by separate terms.

Those separate terms remain controlling for the relevant component. This Loadena license does not grant broader rights in third-party material than the applicable rights holder or license allows.

You are responsible for preserving attribution, notices, source-disclosure obligations or other requirements where the applicable third-party terms require them.

Ownership, copyright and trademarks

Except for identified third-party material, Loadena or the applicable rights holder retains the intellectual-property rights in the underlying digital product and protected source materials.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the Loadena name, logos, trademarks, branding or store design.

Where the license allows a permitted completed output, you retain whatever rights applicable law gives you in your own original additions, while the underlying licensed material remains subject to its license.

Free products and samples

A product being available free of charge does not automatically place it in the public domain or remove copyright.

Unless a free product states different terms, the same default restrictions on source sharing, redistribution and misrepresentation of ownership apply.

A preview or sample does not grant permission to reproduce or redistribute the full paid product.

Refunds and license effect

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

When a product is fully refunded, the contractual right to continue using that refunded product may end unless the refund arrangement or applicable law provides otherwise. Future download access may also be removed.

A partial refund does not automatically terminate every right in an order. Its effect depends on what was refunded and the applicable product terms.

License termination

A license may terminate when the licensee materially violates its conditions and the violation is not cured where a cure is required or appropriate under the applicable terms or law.

After termination, the licensee must stop the use that is no longer licensed and, where applicable, remove copies they are no longer entitled to hold or distribute.

Restrictions intended to survive termination, including restrictions on unauthorized redistribution and misrepresentation of ownership, continue to apply.

Product updates and future access

Unless a product page expressly promises ongoing updates, a purchase covers the product version and contents described at the time of purchase.

If Loadena later provides an update, replacement or new version, that version may remain under the existing license or may include new or additional terms stated with it.

A license to use a file does not itself guarantee permanent hosting, permanent compatibility with third-party services or unlimited future download availability.

Applicable terms and mandatory rights

This license forms part of the Loadena Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in this license removes a consumer, copyright, accessibility or other right that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude or limit by contract.

Nothing on this page grants permission to use third-party intellectual property in a way that its owner or applicable law does not permit.
