TERMS & CONDITIONS
Clear terms for digital purchases.
These Terms explain how orders, digital delivery, accounts, product licenses, refunds, acceptable use and customer responsibilities work when you use Loadena.
Loadena primarily sells electronically delivered products. No physical shipment is included unless a product page clearly says otherwise.
A purchase gives you the usage rights stated for that product. It does not transfer ownership of the protected source or intellectual property.
Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer or other legal right that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude or limit.
Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you access, browse or purchase from Loadena at loadena.com.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product information made available before purchase and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the general Digital Product License, and any product-specific terms or license rules shown before purchase.
If mandatory law gives you rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract, those rights continue to apply.
Eligibility and authority to purchase
You must have the legal capacity to enter into the purchase or be acting with valid authority on behalf of the individual, business or organization that will use the product.
If you purchase for a company, client, team or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to place the order and that the intended use fits the license selected for that product.
Digital products
Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, Loadena products are digital and are delivered electronically. A digital purchase does not include physical shipment.
Products may include business systems, spreadsheets, forms, documents, templates, customer-management tools, pricing resources, scheduling tools, finance tools, marketing resources, prompts, workflow resources, code, automation resources or other electronically delivered content.
The product page forms part of the purchase information. Review the listed files, features, compatibility, intended use, product-specific license, included support and other stated details before ordering.
Orders and contract formation
Before an order is submitted, checkout shows the products in the order, the amount due and the payment methods available for that transaction.
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is accepted when Loadena confirms the order or otherwise makes the purchased digital content available, subject to successful payment and any status required for delivery.
Loadena may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or technical error, unauthorized payment use, legal restrictions or inability to provide the product.
Prices, taxes and payments
Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store or checkout. The final amount may include applicable taxes, discounts or other charges shown before the order is placed.
Payment is processed using the methods available during checkout. A payment method may be provided by an independent payment provider and may be subject to that provider’s own terms.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the submitted payment method and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Loadena may correct an obvious display, calculation or technical error. If an error materially affects a paid order, the appropriate corrective action will be taken.
Digital delivery and downloads
When an order is eligible for delivery, access may be provided through the order confirmation, transactional email, customer account or another delivery method described on the product page.
Delivery timing can depend on payment status, order review and the product’s access settings. A product may have a download limit, expiry period or another access condition when that condition is stated.
You are responsible for keeping a reasonable private backup of files you are licensed to keep. Unless a product expressly promises ongoing hosting or access, purchase of a file does not guarantee permanent future hosting.
If a valid purchase cannot be accessed because of a verified problem on Loadena’s side, contact support so the issue can be investigated and, where appropriate, access restored or another reasonable remedy provided.
Customer accounts
Where guest checkout is available, a purchase may be completed without first creating an account. Where account features are available, eligible purchases may also be associated with the customer account used for the order.
You are responsible for protecting account credentials, keeping account details reasonably current and notifying Loadena if you suspect unauthorized access.
Authentication or additional verification may be required before sensitive order, account or download information is shown.
Product-specific licenses and intellectual property
Every Loadena product can include its own specific usage and license rules on the product page. Those rules explain what is permitted for that product and link to the general Digital Product License.
When a product-specific license expressly differs from the general license, the product-specific rule takes priority for the subject it directly governs. The general license continues to apply to matters not replaced by the specific rule.
A purchase does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, ownership of the protected source files or other intellectual-property ownership unless an express written agreement states otherwise.
Unless expressly permitted by the applicable license, you may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish or make available the original files or substantially equivalent source materials.
Refunds, cancellations and mandatory rights
The Refund Policy explains how Loadena reviews duplicate purchases, verified technical problems, missing content, material product mismatch and other refund situations.
A product-specific license does not automatically create a refund right. Refund eligibility is assessed under the Refund Policy, the product description, any express purchase commitment, these Terms and applicable mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms or the Refund Policy removes a mandatory consumer right that applicable law does not allow the seller to exclude or limit.
Custom requests and bespoke work
Submitting a custom request does not by itself create a paid contract or guarantee that Loadena will accept the project.
If custom work is accepted, the scope, price, delivery, revisions, acceptance criteria, license or ownership terms, cancellation terms and other project-specific conditions may be agreed separately.
Those agreed project terms supplement these Terms and take priority for the subject they directly govern. Mandatory legal rights continue to apply where they cannot be excluded.
You must not submit illegal, infringing or unauthorized material, or confidential information that you are not entitled to provide.
Acceptable use of Loadena
You must not use the website, account, downloads or support channels to:
- break applicable law or facilitate unlawful activity;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or protected files;
- circumvent download limits, access controls or security measures;
- introduce malicious code or deliberately interfere with website operation;
- use stolen, unauthorized or fraudulent payment information;
- extract protected store or product content at an unreasonable or abusive scale;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent ownership of an account or order;
- violate the applicable product license or another person’s rights.
Product information, compatibility and updates
Loadena aims to describe products accurately and make the important purchase information available before checkout.
For products that depend on third-party applications, services, APIs, file formats or other external technology, compatibility can change when those third parties update their products, rules or availability.
Unless a product expressly promises ongoing updates, a purchase covers the version and contents described at the time of purchase. Future improvements or updates are not guaranteed for every product.
Business tools and templates are general resources. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not individualized legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.
Third-party services, components and links
Loadena may use, depend on or link to independent third-party services for functions such as payments, communications, file compatibility, integrations or other technical services.
Those third parties can have their own terms, privacy practices, availability rules and technical requirements. Loadena is not responsible for a third party’s separate service, content or policy except to the extent applicable law makes Loadena responsible.
A product may also include or depend on third-party or open-license components. Their separate license terms remain controlling for those components.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where applicable law does not permit that exclusion or limitation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loadena is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from a breach of these Terms, or for loss caused by circumstances outside Loadena’s reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, contractual monetary liability connected with a specific paid digital product will not exceed the amount actually paid to Loadena for the affected product or order, except where a higher remedy is required by law.
Nothing in this section limits a refund, replacement, correction or another remedy that mandatory law requires.
Suspension and restriction of access
Loadena may suspend or restrict an account or access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, payments, intellectual property, website security or lawful operation, including cases involving fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, serious license violations or unlawful activity.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, the response should be proportionate to the issue. Suspension does not remove rights or obligations that arose before suspension, including valid refund, payment, intellectual-property or recordkeeping obligations.
Governing law and disputes
Loadena is operated from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and contractual disputes relating to Loadena are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This governing-law provision does not remove mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be waived under laws applicable to an eligible customer.
Before starting formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact Loadena with the relevant order number and a clear description of the issue so the matter can be reviewed.
Changes to these Terms
Loadena may update these Terms when products, payment methods, services, store processes or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current published version.
Updated Terms normally apply from the date they are published and do not retroactively remove a right already acquired under mandatory law.
